General quantitative modeling skills – someone who can do model testing, make sure it works, interpret the results. Looking for someone with great communication and technical skills.

Going to be very similar to a modeler, but specifically someone that can test and validate.

Must be able to document modeling application functionality in business terms.
Must be able to validate model requirements are implemented correctly per business requirements.
Will be responsible for building a comprehensive test suite to validate all existing component models.  Test suite must be built in a frame that allows for execution in each release cycle.
Knowledgeable in the components of various financial models
Excellent technical skills in Python, SAS, and R.  Must be comfortable working with various data formats – flat files, structured/unstructured data
Strong communications skills in writing, presentations, and leading conversations.

Really depends – not just responsible for one model and it would vary by model. Python, SaaS, R. Having the ability to work with Data. Depending on the model, there will be some manual data.
