Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our
growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine
learning models and AI systems to solve real-world business challenges.
You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and
product teams, leveraging cutting-edge techniques to build scalable and
impactful AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and optimize ML models across domains such as
classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation
systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and
preprocess large datasets.
• Deploy models into production environments using MLOps best practices
(CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, automation).
• Continuously test, evaluate, and retrain models to improve
performance.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable ML/AI solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ML, AI, and data
science.
• Document models, experiments, and processes to ensure reproducibility
and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,
Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn,
TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow,
SageMaker).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical
modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation
techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience working on production-grade ML/AI projects.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning, NLP (transformers, LLMs), or
computer vision.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker,
Kubernetes).
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
