o Having 10+ year experience in windchill development
o Strong fundamentals on Windchill Customization and configurations, reporting framework customization, workflow customization, customer handling,
o Strong customization background around Form processors, Validators, Data utilities, Form Controllers etc.
o Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE technologies – JavaScript, GWT, JQuery, XML, JSPs, SQL etc.
o Deep knowledge of Windchill architecture
o Experience in at least one full life-cycle PLM implementation with Windchill.
o Should have strong coding skills in Windchill Application Development and customization.
o Knowledge & experience in Build and Release process
o Experience on Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink and Reporting
o Good experience working using Agile methodology
o Self-motivated and self-driven
o Excellent communications skills and ability to closely work with the customer and demonstrate the solution developed
