Pega CDH & CJCM located in Dallas, TX, with some work from home flexibility.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Customer Journey Campaign Management (CJCM) solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, managing project timelines, and ensuring the alignment of technical activities with business goals.

Qualifications:
Strong experience in Pega CDH and CJCM
Proficiency in Pega PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander)
Excellent understanding of CRM systems and customer journey management
Experience in leading technical teams and project management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, CPDC) are highly desirable
