General Ledger Experience, Supervisory Experience, 8+ years in accounting field

Job description:
l Manages AR/AP: Ensures all financial transactions are recorded accurately for reporting.
l Oversees Financial Cycles: Leads month-end and year-end closings, manages reconciliations, and prepares for audits.
l Analyzes Financial Data: Monitors accounting information, identifies areas for improvement, and drives solutions.
l Leads the Team: Provides direction to the accounting staff, enforces compliance, and promotes operational excellence.

Qualifications:
l Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
l Experience: Eight or more years in accounting with at least two years in a leadership position.
l Technical Skills: Must be adept in advanced Excel functionalities ; experience with ERP systems like Vista or Spectrum is advantageous.
