Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management
o proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering
◦ Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking is preferred but not required
◦ In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
◦ Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multip
◦ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels with and externally
◦ Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global orgar
◦ Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of produ
◦ Excellent written & verbal communication
◦ • Problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
◦ • Knowledge of financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products
◦ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science
