Primary skills desired:
Minimum 7+ years candidate
Several (3-5) years in BA space, preferably in an agile environment
Insurance/annuity experience is must, business analyst true experience (business/operations experience over technical, analytics)
Inforce (claims/tax, more complex inforce business problems) is very helpful
