Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional

Location:- Exton, PA (Onsite/ Hybrid role)

Should have strong experience as functional consultant- implementation and support

Should have done min. 3 end-to-end implementation

Job Description:

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional

·         The candidate should possess 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in HCM with at least 3 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation experience.

·         The candidate must have expert functional knowledge and experience in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules – Core HR, Recruitment (ORC), Workforce Compensation

·         Good experience in identification, assessment and providing solutions for complex functional requirements/issues on Oracle Fusion HCM

·         The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers for requirement gathering, providing solution, configuration, testing and go-live.

·         Good knowledge of data flow and integrations of Fusion HCM with other downstream systems

·         Good understanding of technical areas such as HCM Extracts, BIP, Fast Formulas

·         Experience working in onsite-offshore model

·         Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving skills.
