Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team on a W2 basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, with a focus on backend development. You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Java development.
Proficient in Java (JDK 8 or higher) and object-oriented programming principles.
Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
Knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Java-based applications.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
Contribute to the design and development of new features.
