Role: Full Stack Java Developer
Location: Oakton, VA (Need Only be local to VA ) – Onsite
EXP Needed: 12+ Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, MVC architecture, Spring frameworks, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and developing scalable applications, integrating front-end and back-end components, and working with databases to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
Implement MVC architecture and ensure efficient, maintainable application structure.
Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers for database interactions.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI components with back-end services.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and code reviews.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development.
Hands-on experience with Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
Proficiency in PL/SQL development and Oracle or similar relational databases.
Knowledge of MVC design patterns and software architecture principles.
Experience with RESTful APIs / Web Services integration.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies is a plus.
Understanding of version control tools like Git.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito.
