Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Financial Analyst/Vendor and Asset Management to join our dynamic team. This role combines financial management expertise with IT operations, ensuring the effective oversight of vendor management, IT asset specialization, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing IT budgets, optimizing asset utilization, and building strong vendor relationships to ensure value-driven IT investments.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Financial Operations
Develop, monitor, and report on IT budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Analyze IT expenditures, trends, and cost drivers to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of cost allocation models for IT services.
Reconcile IT financial data and ensure accurate reporting in compliance with corporate policies.
 

Vendor Cost Analysis

Evaluate IT contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing to optimize value. Particularly the renewal and YOY spend analysis across Enovis per category (software, hardware, consumables, consulting, etc.)
Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon KPIs and address issues proactively.
Conduct regular vendor audits to assess compliance and risk.
Develops strong relationships with indirect procurement IT category manager to ensure visibility to and understanding of key IT vendor areas.
 

Asset Cost Analysis

Advise IT stakeholders on the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal utilization of resources and minimize redundancies. Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulations.
 

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in IT financial analysis, vendor management, or asset management.
Proficiency in financial modelling and budgeting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
Experience with IT asset management tools and procurement processes.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and financial reporting standards is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
