Required:
• BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience with PAM for Investments including the following:
o Software implementation (Requirements Analysis, Business Process Design, Configuration, Testing)
o Software integration
o Training
o Software support
• Possesses superior client relationship skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Self-starter, quick learner, and team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experienece with PRISM investment accounting system or SS&C is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Work with the team to provide a broad range of implementation and integration tasks including requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Interaction with leadership to define project goals, execute against plan and manage issues and risks.
