Role: Senior Mobility Business Analyst – IBM MaaS360
Location: Hyattsville, MD-Hybrid(Need local candidates)
Duration: Long Term
Must have 12+ years of experience
Required:
9 years of experience developing and managing project budgets for all technology projects
9 years of experience developing pro-forma invoices for cost-reimbursable projects and monthly financial summary reports
9 years of experience interfacing with internal accounting departments to ensure proper budgets are used and accounting codes are current
9 years of experience developing processes to obtain timely project cost information from accounting systems
9 years of strong client skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of an organization
9 years of proficiency in formal project management methods, including internal documentation and external communications
9 years of experience with IBM MaaS360, Microsoft Office 365/10, Microsoft Exchange, Windows 10 Enterprise, Active Directory, SMS/SCCM, Citrix, SharePoint, Remotely Anywhere, Dam
9 years of experience conducting research for mobile device equipment, accessories, and airtime services; identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems with mobile devices
9 years of experience configuring, testing, and supporting mobile devices (air cards, cell phones, smartphones, tablets); testing iOS (iPhone Operating System) and Android releases
