Role: Salesforce Multi-Cloud Solution Architect
Location: Remote(Northeast U.S. candidates preferred)
Duration: Long Term
Must have 14+ years of experience
Note: Only USC or GC
10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud certifications, and experience in multi-cloud architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds
Required:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
Strong expertise in Salesforce solutions architecting and multi-cloud architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, and CLM
Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and sustainable Salesforce architectures that adhere to Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards
Hands-on experience with integration strategies involving enterprise platforms such as SAP, Agiloft, and Workday, including API usage, middleware strategies, and integration patterns
Experience with data migration, mapping, and cleansing processes in collaboration with data teams
Demonstrated ability to provide architectural oversight and lead cross-functional teams, including system integrators, technical leads, and business stakeholders
Strong knowledge of architectural governance, DevOps alignment (environment strategy, release sequencing, and deployment governance), and adherence to security frameworks
Salesforce Cloud certifications are required, preferably multiple across the Salesforce Platform; strong preference for candidates holding Sales and Service Cloud certifications, with Marketing or Development certifications considered advantageous but not essential
Preferred:
Experience working in industries requiring complex Salesforce integrations and compliance (e.g., manufacturing, technology, or enterprise services)
Familiarity with East Coast working hours to ensure effective communication and alignment with program schedules
Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, presenting architectural risks and trade-offs, and participating in RFP evaluations
Global implementation experience
