We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion WMS Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enhance warehouse operations, optimize supply chain processes, and ensure seamless system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend best practices for warehouse operations.
Configure Oracle Fusion WMS modules, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, Picking, Packing, and Shipping processes.
Develop and execute test scripts, troubleshoot system issues, and provide resolution in coordination with technical teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, IT, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Oracle Fusion WMS and other modules.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Fusion WMS.
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain functional documentation, including configurations, business process flows, and user manuals.
Support post-go-live activities, system optimizations, and continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion WMS Functional Consultant/Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud WMS modules, including inventory management, warehouse execution, and logistics operations.
Strong understanding of supply chain, warehouse, and logistics processes.
Experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement modules is a plus.
Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud WMS Certification (Preferred)
Experience in Oracle Fusion ERP integrations with third-party logistics (3PL), transportation management systems (TMS), or automation tools.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud upgrades, patches, and release management.
