Location- Austin, TX ( Day one Onsite)

Must have Service Management Experience
Repairs and Service Notification (preferred to have)
Warranty and Contracts (preferred to have)
Sales and Distribution
Ability to read and debug ABAP codes (preferred to have)
Interfaces
Experience/knowledge in S/4 Hana, SAP Hybris/BRIM, BRF+, SAP portal
Cross functional leading ability across SAP and non SAP teams
Coordinate all PLC phases b/w onsite/offshore teams
Experience creating functional specifications for RICEF objects
Ability to analyze project requirements and understand complex concepts
 

Job Title: SAP SD / SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant + Pricing

Location- Austin, TX ( Day one Onsite)
Job Type: Contract

Experience

8-12+ Years of SAP Functional experience with strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP Service Management (SM), including extensive hands-on experience in Pricing configuration and support.
Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and support SAP SD and SAP Service Management solutions across Order-to-Cash and Service processes.
Lead requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Configure and maintain complex pricing procedures, condition techniques, access sequences, condition tables, rebate agreements, discounts, surcharges, freight, taxes, and pricing determination.
Work on Service Management processes including Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Service Billing, and Customer Service operations.
Support integration between SAP SD, SM, MM, WM/EWM, PP, and FI/CO modules.
Analyze and resolve pricing-related issues impacting order management, billing, and customer invoicing.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and support cutover and go-live activities.
Provide production support and drive continuous process improvements.
