Job Description | IFAS PVT LTD | Education Counsellor
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Fresher / Experienced candidates with good communication skills.
• Upselling skills & will be responsible for guiding students related to admissions or process, resolving the students’ queries, etc.
• Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.
• Lead Conversion into admission for National level exams – CSIR,IIT JAM,UGC NET,MPSC,UPSC
• Responsible for achieving business goals & targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.
Requirements:
• Good Communication skills
• Fresher as well as experience (min: 6-months) candidates can apply.
• Self-motivated & Confident approach
• Assertive & Hardworking

Additional Info:
o Training will be provided.
o Fixed Salary + Incentives + Rewards o Fixed Salary Range: 10k – 20k per month (as per interview feedback)
o Education Qualification: – Graduate (in any stream)
o Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
o Working Days: Monday to Saturday
o Working Time: 10 am – 7 pm
o Office Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune, MH
