Job Description:
We are seeking a skilledĀ Varicent ICM DeveloperĀ to join our team inĀ Dallas, TXĀ for anĀ onsiteĀ role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining compensation plans and reports within the Varicent platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Varicent ICM solutions based on business requirements.
Configure compensation plans, workflows, and calculations within the Varicent platform.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for compensation analysis.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide system support.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing configurations to improve system performance.
Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits within the ICM system.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience withĀ Varicent ICM.
Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL and data integration techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
