Job Title: Sr. Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)

Job Overview:
· Architect, design, and deliver complex enterprise-grade telecom domain solutions from concept through deployment.
· Develop scalable, resilient, and high-performance telecom inventory and networking applications using Java, Reactive Spring Boot WebFlux, Python, MongoDB, Oracle, and React JS.
· Translate complex business requirements within telecom networking and inventory domains into robust technical architectures and implementation strategies.
· Work extensively on telecom technologies including 5G, Core Engineering, Ethernet Backhaul, Edge Networks, and telecom inventory management systems.
· Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to development and engineering teams.
· Define and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, design principles, and technical governance across projects.
· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, business teams, architects, and engineering groups to deliver enterprise telecom solutions.
· Design and implement reactive, microservices-based, and distributed system architectures for telecom platforms.
· Ensure scalability, reliability, resiliency, performance, and security of enterprise telecom applications and services.
· Lead solution architecture discussions, technical reviews, and design validation activities across multiple projects.
· Support end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
· Work in Agile development environments participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
· Guide teams in implementing best practices for software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native application development.
· Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
· Troubleshoot complex technical and architectural challenges across enterprise telecom systems and distributed environments.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within telecom domain solution architecture and engineering practices.
· Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.
· Foster teamwork, collaboration, and an inclusive engineering culture while mentoring junior and senior technical resources.
· Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, documentation, and architecture discussions.
· Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, telecom networking solutions.
