Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive the successful delivery of projects in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent facilitation skills, and experience working within cybersecurity-focused teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Guide and coach teams on Agile best practices and principles
Remove impediments to ensure team productivity and progress
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity and IAM stakeholders
Track and manage work using Jira and other Agile tools
Support continuous improvement and team development
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong experience in Cybersecurity environments
Hands-on experience with Jira
Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
SAFe certification or proven experience working in SAFe environments
