Job Title: Lead Power BI Engineer or Power BI

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Power BI Engineer or Power BI Architect to guide and support our data and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft data architecture, strong hands-on experience with Power BI, and a background in data engineering. This role will also involve advising stakeholders on best practices and ensuring the organization is aligned with the right data strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize Power BI solutions aligned with business requirements
Provide strategic guidance on Microsoft data architecture and Power BI best practices
Evaluate current data/reporting frameworks and recommend improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data initiatives are on the right track
Develop and maintain scalable data models and reporting systems
Support and enhance enterprise-level data reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience with Microsoft data architecture and Power BI
Proven background in data engineering
Experience advising on or leading Power BI strategy and implementation
Familiarity with Tableau architecture and reporting tools
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an architect-level role (Power BI Architect or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
