Job Overview:

Hierarch Soft Technologies is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Developer for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9), Maximo 7.6.x environments, and Maximo upgrades, along with programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, and Python.

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Developer with expertise in Maximo application development, upgrades, BIRT reporting, REST API integration, JSON, and Oracle 19c+ databases. The candidate should be familiar with Liberty, Eclipse, PuTTY, UI automation frameworks, and software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9).

• Work with Maximo 7.6.x environments to support application development, enhancements, and maintenance.

• Support and execute Maximo upgrade activities, ensuring application compatibility and stability.

• Develop and maintain application components using Java, JavaScript, and Python.

• Create, maintain, and support reports using BIRT reporting.

• Develop and integrate REST APIs and work with JSON-based data exchange.

• Work with Oracle 19c+ databases to support application functionality and data requirements.

• Utilize tools and environments such as Liberty, Eclipse, and PuTTY for development and troubleshooting.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development processes as required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and resolve application issues.

• Support UI automation testing and related quality assurance activities.

• Work onsite in Dallas, TX, and coordinate with business and technical teams to meet project requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9).

• Hands-on experience with Maximo 7.6.x environments.

• Proven experience with Maximo upgrades.

• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and Python.

• Experience with BIRT reporting.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON.

• Experience with Oracle 19c+ databases.

• Familiarity with Liberty, Eclipse, and PuTTY.
