Must Have –
Deep knowledge in Databricks & AWS ecosystems
Delta Lake + Lakehouse architecture (Lakeflow, Lakebase)
PySpark/Scala Spark
High volume Production-grade Databricks ELT/ETL engineering
Nice to have –
Streaming/DLT experience
ML Ops on Databricks
Data Mesh architecture knowledge
Advance cost/performance engineering
