Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) – Insurance Domain (Pega Infinity) – Toronto, CA (Remote)

Hi All,
We have an urgent requirement for a Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) – Insurance Domain (Pega Infinity) for our client in Toronto, CA

Experience Required:

12+ years of overall IT experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Insurance domain on Pega projects
Pega CBA or CDA certification is preferred
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage DCO sessions with business SMEs
Understand business problems and provide optimal Pega-based solutions
Guide stakeholders on leveraging Pega out-of-the-box features and avoid unnecessary customizations
Facilitate requirement elaboration sessions and create wireframes/prototypes
Ensure alignment between business requirements and implementation approach
Coordinate with client and offshore teams for smooth delivery
Drive requirement clarity in initial discussions to minimize rework
Required Skills (Essential):

Strong experience in Pega Designer Studio, workflows, and UI/UX understanding
Low-code / no-customization mindset
Experience in process improvement, KPIs, and end-user value measurement
Hands-on with Pega reporting and dashboard features
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
