AI / Data Science Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated AI & Data Science Engineer to drive
productivity transformation through
data-driven insights, process mining,
and agentic AI solutions. This role will focus on analyzing engineering and
delivery workflows, identifying operational bottlenecks, and implementing
AI-powered automation to significantly improve team throughput without
increasing headcount.
The ideal
candidate combines strong
Applied AI, Data Engineering, Data Science, and
Agentic AI development expertise with the ability to operate independently
in complex, highly governed environments. This is a hands-on engineering role
focused on building and deploying solutions that deliver measurable business
outcomes.
Key
Responsibilities
Workflow
Intelligence & Process Analytics
Analyze engineering and delivery workflows across
multiple operational systems.
Ingest, correlate, and model data from
collaboration platforms, delivery pipelines, Jira, service management
tools, and operational metrics.
Quantify productivity bottlenecks, wait states,
approval delays, and workflow inefficiencies.
Implement process mining and analytical models to
identify throughput constraints.
Develop executive-level dashboards and
visualizations that provide actionable operational insights.
Data
Engineering & Knowledge Platform
Design and build scalable data ingestion,
transformation, and enrichment pipelines.
Create unified data models across disparate
operational systems.
Implement vector databases and embedding
strategies to support enterprise knowledge retrieval.
Establish data quality, governance, and
observability frameworks.
AI &
Agentic Automation
Design and develop AI agents and agentic
workflows to automate manual and repetitive delivery activities.
Build LLM-based solutions leveraging RAG
architectures, vector search, and workflow orchestration.
Convert identified process bottlenecks into
scalable automation solutions.
Integrate AI agents with collaboration, project
management, and operational platforms.
Rapid
Prototyping & Innovation
Drive a Proof-of-Concept (POC) first approach to
validate automation opportunities.
Quickly prototype, evaluate, and scale
high-impact AI solutions.
Assess emerging AI technologies and recommend
implementation strategies.
Continuously optimize solutions based on
productivity and throughput metrics.
Stakeholder
Management
Collaborate closely with Cloud Architects,
Program Managers, and Business Leaders.
Translate technical findings into business
outcomes and operational recommendations.
Present productivity metrics, automation
opportunities, and transformation roadmaps to leadership.
