Java Developer- NJ ( on our W2 position Inperson interview in NJ)

Job Description:
As a Java / Spring Boot Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a focus on backend services using Java and Spring Boot, as well as creating dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces with ReactJS.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable server-side applications.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Build interactive and responsive user interfaces with ReactJS, ensuring optimal performance across devices.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure the quality assurance of deliverables.
Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Implement automated testing and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies as appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in Java development, including familiarity with Java 8+ features.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot for developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of front-end development with ReactJS, including state management (Redux or Context API).
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate.
Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a plus.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
