Role: Governance Engineer
Location – San Francisco , Seattle, Dallas, NY, Atlanta, Indianapolis (other Salesforce office city potentially) Hybrid – 3 days weekly in office

Required Skills/Must have:
• RBAC, Role-based access control expertise
• Hands-on Data Governance expertise
• Snowflake and Tableau Data Governance experience
• Infrastructure Monitoring experience

Responsibilities:
• RBAC redesign and Governance Strategy docs
• Managing RBAC and access for Enterprise Org
• Data Classification and strategy doc maintenance
• Automation of data classification algorithm
• Refactoring from EinsteinGPT to Agentforce
• designing Unit testing framework for data platforms
• Infrastructure monitoring in Splunk
• Integrating code quality and security scans in CI/CD infrastructure
• Significant building of strategy governing Snowflake, Tableau
• Revamping and re-architecting RBAC roles
• Maintaining documentation
• Classification of governance – restricted, mission critical, internal etc.
• Building a future strategy of wrapping everything together. Role level and column level classification and data masking. Some definitions in place but some ambiguity of solution approach.
