SAP PP /QM lead

Job Summary:
The SAP PP/QM Lead will oversee the planning and quality management processes within the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors.
This role is essential for optimizing production workflows and ensuring the highest quality standards in line with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage SAP PP/QM implementations and enhancements for manufacturing operations.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve processes, ensuring operational efficiency.
– Provide guidance and support to teams on SAP best practices related to Production Planning and Quality Management.
– Communicate project updates and proposals to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
– Train and mentor team members on SAP functionalities and processes.
– Support troubleshooting and resolution of system issues related to PP/QM modules.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.
– Strong knowledge of SAP PP/QM modules and their integration into overall business processes.
– Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with additional SAP modules such as SD or MM.
– Project management certification (e.g., PMP) would be an asset.
– Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the pharma sector.
