key responsibilities
define program scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
manage and coordinate multiple projects under a single program
collaborate with executives, it leaders, and business stakeholders
lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies
identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
track progress, milestones, and kpis; provide regular status updates
drive process improvements and program governance
support and lead ai-related initiatives and integrations
required skills & experience
strong experience in it program management (agile, scrum, waterfall, sdlc)
proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
experience driving ai initiatives or ai-enabled solutions
familiarity with ai / ml concepts, automation, and data workflows
strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
experience with tools such as jira, microsoft project, monday.com, etc.
