Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain electronic catalogs.
• Build reusable catalog components.
• Optimize catalog performance.
• Develop internal automation tools.
• Lead catalog releases and deployments.
• Mentor development teams.
• Troubleshoot ERP-integrated catalog solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Paradigm development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Doors & Windows manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP integrations.
• Technical leadership experience.
