Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document current and future-state revenue and sales workflows.
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
Translate business requirements into automation-ready functional specifications.
Partner with stakeholders to design end-to-end automation workflows using n8n and Workato.
Define integration flows across Salesforce, ERP, Billing, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
Create BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, integration diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support UAT planning, testing, validation, and governance activities.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across CRM, CPQ, Billing, and ERP platforms.
