Certified on Sitecore 10 or XM Cloud or Sitecore AI CMS developer
Should be awarded Sitecore MVP in recent years
Expert knowledge on Sitecore architecture with experience on all aspects of Sitecore development and deployment; experience with both support and development projects
Experience with SXA, Helix, Search solutions, customizations, integrations, troubleshooting production issues, and resolution within SLAs
Experience with Sitecore upgrades
Experience with Sitecore on Azure, DevOps with Sitecore
Must have performed the role of an Architect for a Sitecore implementation program
Must be able to design solutions with Sitecore and engage effectively in discussion of solutions with client
Capable of leading a team of developers for Sitecore implementations
