Job Title: Finance Business Analyst

Job Description:
Our client, a leading Management & Strategy Consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst (BA) to support a leading investment banking firm in the US. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finance, testing, and UAT management to ensure smooth execution of business and regulatory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
•Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
•Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure alignment with business needs.
•Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scripts, defect tracking, and resolution.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth testing execution.
•Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
•Communicate testing progress, results, and risks to project stakeholders.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial industry standards.

Key Requirements:
•Strong experience as a Finance Business Analyst (BA) in banking, investment management, or financial services.
•Experience in UAT execution, testing processes, and test plan development.
•Familiarity with finance, risk, regulatory reporting, and operational processes within an investment banking environment.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated financial environment.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Prior experience working with financial services.
•Hybrid work model – 3 days onsite in Baltimore is required.
