About the Role
Join our AI Lab team as a hands‑on Senior Java Developer with strong AI/data exposure. You’ll build and evolve scalable applications, contribute to architecture, mentor junior engineers, and work with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and stakeholders to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Java applications in distributed environments.
Build end‑to‑end scalable apps using React/Angular and backend tech (Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js).
Contribute to AI‑enabled, data‑driven solutions with data and product teams.
Own features from analysis through deployment and production support.
Participate in technical design/architecture discussions and code reviews.
Mentor less experienced developers and set development standards.
Work with CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot complex issues, and support agile delivery.
Familiarity with RAG patterns, embedding models, vector databases, semantic search, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI).
Translate technical topics clearly for stakeholders.
Technical Scope
Core Java; Spring MVC/Data/Security; Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, CSS; SQL & NoSQL with data modeling/performance; messaging queues & async processing; OpenShift cloud; CI/CD automation; Unix/Linux; Agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
Required Experience
5+ years hands‑on Java development.
Strong Spring and enterprise backend systems.
Design patterns and scalable architecture.
SQL & NoSQL databases and optimization.
Messaging systems.
Hands‑on Azure cloud services.
Agile environments.
Strong problem‑solving, risk identification, and code quality focus.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Natural leadership and mentoring ability; excellent English (spoken/written); strong communication with Product/PM/senior stakeholders; analytical and structured problem solving; prioritization and delivery management; team‑oriented with ownership and accountability.
