Mandatory Skills – IICS , Snowflake, Oracle pl/sql , Sql Scripting , Debugging stored procedure , developing and optimizing db queries .

Job Summary:

·         We are seeking a highly skilled ETL senior Dev/ Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake, ETL, Informatica Cloud, SQL Scripting, and Oracle PL/SQL. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects during day shifts, with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and innovation within our organization.

Responsibilities

·         Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

·         Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes, leveraging Informatica Cloud to streamline data integration.

·         Provide technical expertise in SQL Scripting to enhance data retrieval and manipulation capabilities.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle PL/SQL into existing systems.

·         Develop and enforce best practices for data management and governance, ensuring data quality and integrity.

·         Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

·         Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions.

·         Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance data processing efficiency.

·         Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all data-related activities.

·         Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize resource utilization.

·         Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine data solutions to meet evolving business needs.

·         Contribute to the strategic planning of data architecture and infrastructure to support organizational goals.

·         Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams to promote a unified approach to data management.

·         Life Science Experience will be a great added advantage.
