Onsite position in St. Louis (required from day one). Currently, we are following 4 Day office and 1 Day home and this could be 5 day office as well depends on work.
Availability for extended shifts and weekend work as per project requirements.
Experience & Expertise
6-10 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing with proven leadership capabilities.
Demonstrated expertise in the telecom industry.
Proven experience managing multiple offshore vendor teams to ensure on-time, quality project delivery.
Strong ability to provide coaching and clarification throughout all testing phases.
In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, bug lifecycle, and quality assurance processes.
Full ownership of projects from requirements grooming through production delivery.
Expertise in developing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive test cases and scripts.
Strong capability in understanding project requirements, test planning, and test execution.
Proficiency in conducting demos and presenting test artifacts and knowledge transfer to business and external stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with test management tools (Octane, ALM).
Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP).
Experience with test data analysis using logging tools (Splunk, Datadog).
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (JIRA).
