We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality releases, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver reliable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
Test Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and integrations.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Administrators, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Validate data integrity and perform data migration testing.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.
Prepare test execution reports and provide status updates to project teams.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Testing experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience with manual testing and test case management.
Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, process builder, flows, and security models.
Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external applications.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certification (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or related certification).
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
