Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect
Required: 10+ Years (with minimum 4+ years as Salesforce Architect)
Location: Saint Louis, MO

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in the Telecom and Cable domain.
The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end Salesforce architecture design, solutioning, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Lead architectural discussions and define best practices for Salesforce development and integration.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical designs.Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners.
Ensure Salesforce solutions align with telecom and cable industry standards and business processes (e.g., provisioning, order management, customer service).
Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems such as billing, CRM, and network management platforms.
Perform code reviews, mentor development teams, and enforce technical standards and governance.
Provide thought leadership in Salesforce roadmap planning and platform optimization.
Required Skills and Experience:10+ years of total IT experience, with 6+ years in Salesforce platform (including Apex, LWC, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP integrations).
4+ years of experience as Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, including governor limits, security model, and multi-org strategies.
Experience in Telecom/Cable domain – customer onboarding, order management, service provisioning, billing, and field service.
Proven experience in Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.), and third-party systems.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) preferred.
Strong knowledge of Data Model design, Salesforce Flows, and Declarative Automation tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
