Requirements
10-12 years test automation experience.
Leadership mentoring experience in onshore offshore team model as a Lead.
Strong Robot Framework, Python programming expertise.
Web automation Playwright Selenium and API testing.
CICD integration Jenkins Azure DevOps.
BDD TDD methodology experience.
In sprint QE model experience in Agile Scrum environment.
Nice to Have
AI tools experience GitHub / copilot / AWSQ for test automation.
Browser Library for Robot Framework.
Healthcare Insurance domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Design automation frameworks with BDDTDD approach.
Develop and Test automation solutions.
Lead automation strategy within sprint cycles.
Mentor team members and perform code reviews.
Integrate with CICD pipelines.
Collaborate in Agile development teams.
