Job Title              QA Test Lead

Job Location      Denver, CO

Duration             12 Months

Rate                     $60/hr on c2c

Must be a lead hands on with onshore offshore coordination and leading experience

 experience Automation and Manual Testing

Strong API testing 

Any experience around AI enabled testing will be great plus

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

Leadership: Help drive and manage the team, who will continue to report directly to you.
Proactive Coordination: Ability to drive coordination independently and identify necessary contacts across teams without waiting for direction.
Problem Solving: Act as proactive problem solvers who present options and recommendations rather than just identifying issues.
Accountability & Innovation: Demonstrate curiosity, an interest in AI, and the ability to hold team members accountable.
 

Desired Skills & Communication:

SDLC: Strong understanding of the complete software development life cycle, including how changes affect application functionality, managing change, and scheduling.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to ask questions, collaborate effectively, and drive change.
Industry Experience: Prior telecommunications experience is beneficial but not required.
