Need a senior resource 7+ years of experience with Telecom billing systems.

Job Title: QA Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: Long term Contract / C2H after 6 month   it will be full time

Telecom domain  must need CSG Biller experience

Max – $55/hr

Responsibilities:

12+ years of professional In-depth experience in Software Quality Assurance & Testing.
At least 6+ years of Mobile, Telecom and/or Provisioning experience (Preferred). 
Knowledge of telecom billing preferably CSG Biller testing
Strong Web Services Testing experience (SOAP / Rest / Postman).
Strong knowledge of End to End Integration test where multiple applications are involved.
Good knowledge of Database testing.
.Good knowledge of AI Tools and their implementation during QA testing.
Proficient of using ALM/Octane and Jira for test management.
Good Knowledge of Splunk/Kafka Log tools for debugging.
Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, ALM and various software testing models and methodologies.
Manages and supports the execution of varying types of complex test cases: i.e., service level, component, functional, regression, mobile, and end-to-end, etc. analysis.
Perform manual tests in support of software test requirements.
Document defects and collaborate with the development team on managing test results and feedback to developers.
Performs technical troubleshooting / diagnostic analysis of system defects and conducts impact assessment.
Sound knowledge Automation tools to run the automation suits and automate test cases.
Run Functional Test Cases for new functionality/ enhancements.
Run Regression Test suite to support existing functionality.
Attend and represent the QA team in Defect Triage calls.
Regular follow ups with the Development team on defect status.
Ability to research, solve problems, and work both independently and in a team environment.
Publish Test Reports.
Provides detailed status reporting, metrics and execution dashboards.
Works well with customers and vendors, knows when and how hard to push to maintain a stable and reliable environment.
