Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software development with a particular emphasis on React JS. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using React JS.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the development process.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process.
 

Mandatory Skills:

Strong proficiency in React JS, including experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 

Preferred Skills:

Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
Familiarity with cloud services and deployment processes.
Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
