A Public Charity Client of Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist to assist in tracking financial transactions and donor information. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Raiser’s Edge and Salsa Engage, along with strong attention to detail. This is a fully-onsite 5 days a week with flexibility for remote hours. The salary range for this position is between $60k/yr-$70k/yr. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Data Entry: Accurately input financial data, donor details, and other relevant information into our systems. Software Proficiency: Utilize Razor Edge CRM, Salsa Engage, and other relevant software tools for data management. Attention to Detail: Ensure precision and accuracy in all data entry tasks. Communication: Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication. Generate Reports: Use data to create reports as needed.Remote Work: Some hours may be worked remotely to generate reports.

Required Skills:

Prior experience Utilizing Razor Edge CRM Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience using Salsa Engage is a Plus Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week Needs own Laptop to utilize to input data Needs to align with Company’s Values of Social Justice
