Job Title: React.js Architect

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex React.js applications.
Define front-end standards, best practices, and reusable components.
Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI teams, and backend engineers to define technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshoot complex UI issues.
Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve front-end architecture.
Ensure application scalability, security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Guide junior developers and support agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, reviews).
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 4+ years in React.js.
Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, Hooks, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+).
Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive design, and UI performance debugging.
Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, Webpack, Babel, CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of front-end architecture, micro-frontend design, and component libraries.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
Ability to lead technical discussions and architectural decision-making.
Excellent communication and on-site collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
