About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer to join our team and ensure the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance testing, deep hands-on experience with Java, and solid understanding of LoadRunner and Kafka-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies for mission-critical applications.
Create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner.
Analyze system performance results, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance optimization.
Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure performance best practices.
Work with Kafka-based systems to evaluate throughput, latency, and message performance.
Participate in performance tuning of Java applications and related services.
Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong programming experience with Java.
Hands-on experience with LoadRunner for performance testing.
Solid understanding of Kafka, including event streaming, message flows, and performance tuning.
Experience troubleshooting performance issues across the application stack (CPU, memory, network, database, etc.).
Ability to interpret performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
Nice to Have
Data background—experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, or database performance.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
