Job Description:

One of your client is seeking a highly experienced OTC (Order to Cash) Architect for an onsite role in Franklin, New York. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end OTC processes, strong functional knowledge, and hands-on experience in SAP or relevant ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead OTC solution architecture and design for implementation and transformation projects.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.

·       Design and optimize Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, and Revenue Recognition processes.

·       Ensure integration with other modules (MM, FI, SD) and external systems.

·       Prepare detailed technical specifications, process flows, and documentation.

·       Support data migration, testing, and user training activities.

·       Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

·       SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.

·       Strong documentation and presentation skills.
