Data Transformation Development Lead

Job Description:
As the Data Transformation Development Project Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of data transformation projects. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring that all solutions are delivered on time and meet our quality standards. This role requires a strong technical background in .NET Core and SQL, along with leadership skills to manage project timelines and team dynamics.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage data transformation projects from inception to completion.
Design and develop robust data transformation solutions using .NET Core and C#.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data processing and storage.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading development projects with a focus on data transformation.
Proficiency in .NET Core and C# development.
Strong SQL skills with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and data solutions.
Experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks.
Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes.
