Detailed Job Description
Design, Develop, test, and maintain ETL batch processes using IBM DataStage
Strong SQL/Database concepts, with relevant experience on PL/SQL
Excellent oral and written communication skills, to be able to work with business users and cross functional teams
Troubleshooting- Identify and resolve complex data related issues including conducting Root cause analysis
Data Analysis- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical designs
Experience in establishing criteria for data use/test cases.
Documentation- Create and maintain technical design documents for data processes and workflow
Collaboration- Work with cross-functional teams across US and India locations
Optimization- Fine tune SQL queries and DataStage jobs for improved performance and reliability
Strong business analysis and requirement definition background in Data Integration (ETL)
