Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT QA Automation Engineer to lead and enhance our quality assurance efforts through advanced automation strategies. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, and mentor junior QA engineers. You will be instrumental in driving continuous integration, improving test coverage, and delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust automated test suites for web, mobile, and API platforms.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to define test strategies and quality standards.
Lead automation efforts within Agile/Scrum development cycles.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.
Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in test automation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on automation.
Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and agile practices.
