Location: Hybrid – Radnor, PA (3 days/week onsite; no travel required)

Job Summary:

The Sr. Architect role is pivotal in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. With a hybrid work model and day shifts, the candidate will leverage their extensive experience (13-17 years) to optimize Salesforce functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction. This role does not require travel, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

13-17 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture.
Extensive experience in Salesforce Admin, demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and configurations.
Deep expertise in Salesforce platform functionalities and best practices.
Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and design appropriate Salesforce solutions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and convey technical concepts clearly.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Commitment to staying current with Salesforce advancements and integrating new features into existing systems.
 

Required Certifications:

Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations to support ongoing system management.
Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases to ensure compliance and system integrity.
Manage Salesforce security settings to protect sensitive data and maintain user access controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce to minimize downtime and disruption.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Salesforce functionalities.
Evaluate and recommend third-party applications to extend Salesforce capabilities and meet evolving business needs.
